katie and matt | the wedding

I adore Katie and Matt.  I knew immediately that if their wedding was going to be half as lovely as they were, it was going to be AMAZING.

When we arrived at the Indianapolis Art Center, the ceremony area was under, um… about 2 feet of water.  The cocktail party site was worse.  The river had crested.  And Katie, like a champ, handled it with such calm and grace I was amazed.  She handled it better than I did.  They adapted and we had an amazing day.  These are some of my favorite photos ever, and they reflect the fabulous energy of their day.  Cheers to you, friends… and thanks for being patient while I got caught up on my blogging!
